Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During busy periods, new product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times:

Tracking Your Order
All shipped orders include a tracking number whenever available.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Your order may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We’ll do our best to assist and work with the carrier; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or provide a solution.
